طريقة الحذف المباشرة (من داخل التطبيق):
إذا كان التطبيق مثبتاً على هاتفك، يمكنك حذف حسابك فوراً وبضغطة واحدة:
- افتح تطبيق « في ايه ».
- اضغط على أيقونة الملف الشخصي في القائمة العلوية.
- مرر لأسفل إلى قسم أمان الحساب واختر حذف الحساب نهائياً.
طلب الحذف عبر الويب (في حال تم إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق):
إذا قمت بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق وترغب في مسح حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة ببريدك الإلكتروني، يرجى تقديم طلبك أدناه أو مراسلتنا:
⚠️ Important Notice: Deleting your account in FeEh is permanent and irreversible. All your profile records, family schedules, activity logs, photos, and chore data will be permanently wiped from our servers.
Direct In-App Deletion:
If you have the app installed on your device, you can delete your account instantly:
- Open the FeEh app.
- Tap on your Profile icon.
- Scroll down to the Account Security section and select Delete Account.
Web-Based Data Deletion Request:
If you have uninstalled the app and wish to permanently erase your account and associated data, submit your request below:
